Use Social Data to Build Community

Brian Fanzo was a recent guest on Leading Matters and laid down some serious reality on our listeners about owning the brand story.  And in 2017, he believes, there is no excuse for not constantly improving the level of knowledge that we have about our customers.  But, most importantly, we need to focus on building communities of our would-be customers first.  When we do that and we eventually turn them into customers we have brand advocates. . . for life.
