Is this just motivational nonsense?  NO it absolutely is not.  It has to be your reality.  If you are leading a team you have to find a way to make it theirs.  You need to believe in what you are doing and what you are selling, and you need to tirelessly work to embed this belief into absolutely every area of your business.
