Humility Lives at the Intersection of Pride and Capability

Humility is one of the most common leadership topics that, sadly, never seems to get enough attention.  It isn’t discussed much and the character trait just doesn’t seem to even get much respect these days.  Yet talk to every successful leader and most of the time you’ll be struck by just how much humility they posses.

So how do we know if we are humble?  Perhaps we’ll never really know it.  But one way to project humility is to be really great at what we are great at and to give that talent away for no other reason than it might help someone.
