We are well past all the posts about new year’s resolutions, but it is never too late to resolve ourselves to commit anew. There is no shame in reasserting our intention to take on that important challenge. In our business lives, we owe it to those that we lead to commit to a constant state of resolution. A daily examination not of where we failed, or of what we didn’t accomplish, but how we are going to press positively forward today and hopefully tomorrow.
