Episode 7: Gaining Value by Adding Value (Selflessly)

Business leaders have no choice but to connect.  Social media has given us greater opportunity to do so, but it also has demanded of us a more selfless approach.  I’ve been doing quite a bit of networking and it has been a very valuable experience.  If we connect with an honest intention of providing value our first exchange and ultimately the resulting relationship is significantly stronger.
