What Does Humility Mean?

Leaders are humble, but what does humility mean and what is a great example of leading through humility today? It is hard to find a good example because the culture, and the media that creates and serves the culture seems to reject the idea of humility in favor of self-promotion. Yet if you speak to any successful leader of any sort you realize that successful leaders are humble in a way that communicates strength. That is what this episode is all about, the true definition of humility in a way that we can all wrap our heads around, and a great example from one of the interviews I did earlier this year on my podcast Leading Matters.
