First post of the New Year. I’m a milestone kind of guy. . . I like to identify milestones, happy they exist and celebrate their arrival. So this is, in my world, sort of a big deal. . . first post of 2011. And I could not be happier to provide the Inflection audience with something special for such an occasion. An interview with Ann Handley and C.C. Chapman, authors of the new book Content Rules. How to Create Killer Blogs, Podcasts, Videos, Ebooks, Webinars (and more) that Engage Customers and Ignite Your Business.

The book is a fantastic resource for those looking to figure out and plan how to create andPODCAST leverage content that will, by way of digital media , drive not only business but any meaningful one to many relationship of any sort. I will dedicate a future post to the review of the book and suggested application of some of the methodologies Ann and C.C. suggest.
