I almost always say how much I enjoy these episodes of Leading Matters, in fact if you are a regular listen it might be something of a joke to you at this point.  That said I have to again share with you how much I enjoyed my chat with Skai Blue Media’s Rakia Reynolds.  Rakia is one of those unique rakiaprofessionals who just make an impact on you.  An impact that you are unlikely to forget days, weeks, months or even years after you have met her.  She works tirelessly at her craft, is quite good at it, knows who she is and who she wants her firm to be.  She uses these strengths to lead, and her leadership insight is a valuable addition to the Leading Matters podcast.
